Consistent with the present relevance of lab in schools, the thrust is to familiarize children with modern-day concepts. It prepares them for further study, development of their minds and become global citizens. - Our teachers Physical Sciences have 15 years of solid experience. He teaches 9th & 10th standards. He offers expertise to every class and is well-liked by the scholars. His knowledge and elegance of imparting lessons connect with the lifestyle experiences and make him a transparent favourite with generations of past and present students.
- Sir documented for primary training skills in biology has 20 years of experience. He's one of the best laboratory coaches. He's qualified to elucidate experiments concepts to his students and features a good record.
- Teacher handling students with learning issues has 15 years of immense experience. She teaches EVS and Science and assists students to know various aspects of the topic. Her approach to all or any lectures allows students to process all information with simple explanations.
- Our Teachers of Science has ten years experience in taking Science classes. Her pragmatic way of influencing the youngsters has helped them to understand difficulties and attain scientific literacy. She plays a crucial role in nurturing their interests in science.
Laboratory Equipment, Discipline and Safety:
Currently, the Vidhyashram International School lab equipment is split by the themes that are taught. There are three elaborate lab units well-equipped for Physics, Chemistry and Biology, as per the standards laid down by the CBSE. Since teaching science is exclusive, the labs function with discipline, safety and regulatory requirements. The youngsters need to use safety glasses, goggles, face shields, gloves, lab coats, aprons and earplugs. The labs are fitted with fire extinguishers and care kits for emergencies. The teachers supervise during all sessions.
General rules for all three labs are:
- The students are split into groups, and each features a monitor to watch.
- All the discipline rules and safety rules are displayed for college kids.
- The work areas are neat and free from any unnecessary objects.
- At the top of the session, students thoroughly clean the workspace.
- Avoidance of blocking the sink drains with debris & use damaged equipment.
- Never block access to exits or emergency equipment.
- Inspect all equipment for damage (cracks, defects) before use.
- Never pour chemical waste into sink drains or wastebaskets.
- Place chemical waste inappropriately labelled waste containers.
- Properly eliminate broken glassware and other sharp objects immediately in designated containers.
- Properly eliminate weigh boats, gloves, paper, and paper towels within the laboratory.
- Students use different bins for waste disposal once the session is over.
